One of the most popular forms of yoga is Vinyasa Flow Yoga. The practice of this type of yoga opens you up, triggers you, brings you deeper in each & every pose, heals & strengthens your body & mind. In vinyasa flow yoga course, asanas are practiced in sequence in a dynamic way and flowing style using breath, bandhas (energy locks) and drishti (gaze). Also, you will learn to make a relaxing flow and the techniques of healing od body & mind through asanas, pranayama, meditation and diet.

By the end of the course, students will be able to teach Vinyasa series and also create their own sequences of Vinyasa Flow. After the completion of the course, students will receive 200 Hour vinyasa flow yoga teacher training certificates by Yash yoga school, Affiliated with Yoga Alliance USA.
