AIM OF YSR :- Learning the basic rules and regulations of yogic life in practicality and Ishwara Pranidana that is sacrificing every fruit of action to God.
OBJECTIVES OF YSR:- As sage, Patanjali said, “Yogah Chitta vritti norodhaha”, this program makes the learner to start up the journey of yoga
TEACHING METHODOLOGY:- As the Vedas well said, life style is the spiritual path. Waking up early morning, start the day with chanting of different mantras, shlokas, daily practices, eating natural foods etc., These will be practically experienced
ACHIEVEMENTS:- Self assessment at the beginning and ending of the day makes the learner to understand the status of his or her present life and what is next. This realization happens with this kind of program and is basic routine followed in Gurukulam (traditional Schools) even today as a tradition.
ELIGIBILITY:- 200, 300, 500 TTC
DURATION:- Less than six days.

Personal honesty and self assessment.
Be punctual and regular to all the sessions planned in the schedule.
Use of tobacco, alcohol, and non-veg food etc. in any form.
Total personality as per the Taittiriya Upanishads helps the learner to grow in spiritual lore.
GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS:- Calm, listening to Guru all the time (HYP-14). Yoga fails by overeating, overexertion, excessive talk, the observance of disciplines, promiscuous company and unsteadiness (HYP-15). Succeed by having zeal towards learning, bold determination, courage, true knowledge, firmness (belief in the words of Guru), renunciation of unsuitable people (HYP-16). According to Patanjali maha muni, Yama and Niyamas will be the first step in yoga life. Avoid fire, journeys in the beginning of yoga life. Also don’t prefer the hard practice, early morning cold water bath, fasting etc (HYP-1.61).
Making a decision after reading a scripture makes the difference of living. The actual goal of this retreat will be done after analyzing the drama, notes made by the students everyday.
