In the Indian gems and jewellery Industry, the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a highly underestimated one. Managing relationships can make all the difference between an unsuccessful sale and a successful one. The focus of this program is on helping students understand how they can best interact with customers in a way that is informed, educated and yet persuasive.


Eligibility : STD X onwards
Duration : 295 hrs.

*Dual certification by Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India & Univ. of Mumbai
Students can enroll for this course along with their regular degree courses.
*Placement assistance provided in the industry upon successful completion of the course.
