International Yoga & Meditation Society (IYMS), is a not for profit 50 year old yoga school located on bank of river Ganges in Rishikesh. It was founded by world famous yoga guru Avdhoot Ji Maharaj and his disciples.
IYMS has trained many national and international yoga enthusiasts. Every year students comes from different parts of world like USA, Spain, Australia, Japan, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, China and etc. to attend yoga practice sessions.
We offer comprehensive teachers training programs for different yoga courses like Hathayoga, Ashtangayoga & Iyenger Yoga.
