For example, you will be presented with an in-depth chakra course, allowing you to release stagnant ego structures, mental, emotional blockages, elevate your cellular memory, and reboot yourself from the inside out. You will receive practical tools and techniques enabling you to become self-suf?cient in improving every aspect of your life.

During the Yoga Meditation retreat, you will be staying in boutique accommodation hugged by a waterfall, greenery, and strong mountains. Accommodation is connected with overhanging trees and native birds. There are spectacular mountain views everywhere you look.
Small, peaceful, charming accommodation consisting of double rooms with a beautiful view of nature and detached bathrooms. You will receive rare glimpses into worldly traditions and together celebrate life through dance and music. The accommodation chosen for this Yoga Meditation retreat is committed to creating a harmonious environment and selected to help all students melt into their full potential of infinite wisdom and divine grace.
Among the precious gifts of this land are its pristine forestry, virgin air, and crystal water flowing directly from the Himalaya’s snow-capped peaks. From the accommodation one can trek deep into the Himalayas above. From there, you can go on a mesmerizing journey into the Dhauladhar Range of the Himalaya Dharamsala.
The newly-built guest houses on site are clean, neat, and simple, with two twin beds and attached bathroom and balcony. Beautiful mountain views and sunsets can be admired from your balcony.

His Holiness the Dalai Lama resides here. The environment and energy high up in the mountains bring forth the perfect chance to deeply nourish, connect within & transform.

HOW TO GET THERE
Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at New Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), then take a domestic flight to Gaggal Airport Dharamsala (DHM) with Air India or SpiceJet.
Arrival by bus
Regular direct bus services are available from main cities. From Delhi, there are government and private buses departing from Kashmiri Gate (ISBT-Inter State Bus Terminal) and Majnu ka Tila (Tibetan colony). Most buses leave between 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. and arrive in Dharamsala at 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. You can book your ticket in advance online or take a private bus company.
Arrival by train
From New Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), you can take the Airport Express Metro to New Delhi Railway Station. From there, you go to the Tourist Office and ask for the next train to Pathankot (Chakki Bank). It’s the nearest train station, which is approximately 85 kilometers from Dharamsala. After arriving in Pathankot, you can either take a bus which is about four hours traveling time from Dharamsala (200 INR) or taxi which takes three hours (approximately 1500 INR).
