It's seven days traditional Ashtanga yoga teaching course along with detoxification of mind and body. You will follow several meditation techniques like prana parivikshana meditation for the purification of mind.
Yoga and several detox methods like shatkarmas, prana kriyas, and use of detox juices for the purification of the body. The schedule is given as below
- 05:00 - 05:30 Wake up and getting ready
- 05:30 - 07:00 Ashtanga yoga class
- 07:00 - 07:30 Pranayama class
- 07:30 - 08:00 Meditation class (Prana parivikshana and Mano Vikshana meditation techniques)
- 08:00 - 11:00 Breakfast and free time
- 110:0 - 12:00 Mantra chanting and yoga sutra class
- 12:00 - 13:00 Pranayama and yoga philosophy class
- 13:00 - 16:00 Lunch and free time
