PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a project management methodology offering a customizable and scalable process for effectively handling diverse range of projects. This method is an established criterion for project management in the UK and
is practiced worldwide.
There are two levels of PRINCE2® qualification. The Foundation Level is the first qualification required to become a PRINCE2® Practitioner. This level aims to measure whether a candidate has understood the principles and terminology of PRINCE2 and can act
as an informed member of a project management team using PRINCE2® and within an environment supporting PRINCE2®.
