The 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course In Rishikesh offered by Yash yoga school is a wonderful amalgam of traditional practice with modern style yoga. This course will cover a detailed study of asanas, their foundations & functions, alignments & adjustments, bandhas, mudras, mantra chanting, pranayama, kriyas, meditations and sequencing.

Through yoga, one can balance their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual elements and when you can do this in a very short period of time then there is nothing more prodigious than this.

This 100 Hour YTTC is actually a part of 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh. By the successful completion of 100 Hour Yoga TTC, one can become an RYT but only after completing the second half of 200 Hours YTTC (i.e., other 100 hours yoga teacher training course) within the time period of 1 year.

Students will be honored by the yoga certificates at Yash Yoga School after the 100 hours yoga course is deemed to be completed.
