The main focus of the Yoga Teaching is to give a working knowledge and confidence for each participant for their Healing Self-Practice at home to continue helping their ailment. The Therapy Course includes many corrections and close personal supervision in order to help the student understand their healing process.
An ailment can take root and develop into a seemingly chronic issue over years of misalignment or ill-treatment of the body. It then requires time and correct actions before it can be removed from the body. Therefore it is to be understood that only those
