At Arpit yoga academy we welcome students of all age, background and beliefs. The most important factors you should consider before applying are:
- You should be mentally and physically fit to follow the course.
- You should not be pregnant
- successfully completed 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher training courses
- You should have a sincere desire to work hard
- You should have basic understanding of English language.

- Mantra chanting and meditation
- Yoga philosophy eight Limbs of yoga
- Yogic life style.
- Learning to teach yoga classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels students.

We offer certified 200 hour, 300 hour and 500 hour yoga certifications.Before founding Arpit Yoga Place, our team of yoga experts studied and analyzed the ancient yoga scriptures, interviewed the veteran yogis of India and talked to the yoga aspirants to know what they expect from a yoga teacher training program in India. Arpit yoga place is accredited by the yoga Alliance, USA as a" Registered Yoga School". It strictly follows the guidelines of Yoga Alliance. The number of theory and practice sessions and their duration meet the standards set by the Yoga Alliance. A Registered yoga School is the only way to become a registered yoga teacher. We have a code of conduct for the students and transparent assessment process to evaluate the skills of students at regular intervals.
