Founder / Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Nidra Teacher (Hatha Yoga)
Vijeth has been teaching Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Nidra in the teachers training programme at Rishikesh Yog Peeth in Rishikesh, India, since 2013. He has taught yoga philosophy, yoga nidra and asana methodology to 18 teacher training programmes (over 540 students), guiding his students compassionately in realizations and awakenings which have inspired deeper insights into themselves and how they relate to the world around them. His asana methodology classes focus on Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, and provide instruction on yoga with props, observing, modifications, assisting and adjustments.
Before, arriving in Rishikesh Yog Peeth, he conducted a pre- and postnatal teachers training programme in Goa, India, in 2012. He customised yoga therapy sessions for pregnant women and children with special needs.
He conducted extensive research into a variety of psychosomatic disorders, and including depression, sleeplessness, stress, arthritis, diabetes mellitus, cardio vascular disease and asthma. He has presented papers on yoga philosophy and yoga therapy in national and international yoga conferences.
Vijeth earned his master's of science in Yogic Science and Yoga Therapy from Mangalore University, India.
