Holistic Training and Development Centre (HTDC) is a Human Empowerment Institute which addresses the entire spectrum of individual personality along with the physical or psychological aspect to enable a person discovers their true inner-self. Our focus is to make individuals insulated to life stressors by empowering their innate potentials. To do this, we train people in life skills which comprises of Psychological, Emotional and Health component along with spiritual grounding.
We call our modules, ‘KASP’- Knowledge, Attitude, Skills and Practice. Its an experiential learning centre where participants get an opportunities to practice all the skills they learn with appropriate knowledge and right attitude.
HTDC is a team of Doctors, Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Nutritionist, Fitness trainer, Life skills trainers and Spiritual healers.
