PRINCE2 Foundation qualification will teach you the PRINCE2 principles, terminology and when qualified you will be able to act as an informed member of a project management team using the PRINCE2 methodology within a project environment supporting PRINCE2.
PRINCE2 Practitioner is the second of the two PRINCE2 examinations you are required to pass to become a PRINCE2 Practitioner. The exam has been designed to measure whether you could apply PRINCE2 to the running and managing of a non-complex project within an environment supporting PRINCE2.
Outline
The key objectives of PRINCE2 Foundation course are:
- Understand the PRINCE2 method at Foundation level
- Understand the integrated elements of PRINCE2 (principles, processes, themes and tailoring) within a work environment
- Understand the benefits and principles underlying a structured approach to project management
- Attendees must have successfully completed the 2-day PRINCE2 Foundation course in order to take the Practitioner course. Most participants take the two courses together.
